As the Referrer, you are eligible for the the commission fee if the person you refer (the Referee) both i) submits a Daydream home loan application and ii) goes on to settle the loan and therefore becomes a Daydream Home Loan customer.

Conditions for Referees (Your Client) The client you are referring, the Referee, must be a new customer that has not settled a Daydream home loan before. It does not include making changes to or topping up an existing Daydream home loan, splitting a loan on the same property or a returning customer who previously closed a Daydream home loan due to refinance. You must complete the Daydream home loan referrer form to be eligible. Client's referred must be completed between 17 November - 24 December 2024 and loan must settled before 01 March 2025. Any client that is referred but settles after 01 March 2025 will revert to the normal fee of 20% commission as this is a Black Friday promotion valid for a limited time. Commission paid is on upfront commission only.

Payment of referral commissions will only be paid on settlement of the Referee's Daydream home loan and satisfaction of qualifying criteria as detailed above. Commissions will be finalised within 30 days of the applicable loan settlement date.

We may at our discretion cancel a commission payment without notice to you, including under the following circumstances: - We believe any of your access methods are fraudulent, or are suspected of being used in a fraudulent way - Your conduct is in breach of the terms and conditions - We believe the security or quality of Daydream’s products or related services are threatened. In the event, the home loan is closed within a 2 year timeframe we will request the commission to be returned due to lender clawback.

Daydream Home Loans reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Referral program or these conditions at any time without notice. We will honour any valid referrals sent to us before we do so. We will not honour any referrals that are deemed by us, in our absolute discretion, to be unreasonable, unlawful, at risk of requiring an Australian Credit Licence or for any other reason we believe are not in the spirit of the Daydream Referral program.

All other Daydream Home Loan Terms & Conditions remain valid and binding on you and are not superseded by these Referral Offer Terms. Thank you for reading all the terms and conditions.
