Who is eligible for a Green Loan?
 

The Green Home Loan rewards borrowers with generally a 0.25% discount from a Premium Package Home Loan when they have invested in energy efficiency measures that receive a 7 Star NatHERS Energy Efficiency rating or a 7 star Residential Efficiency Scorecard rating, or a Green Building Council of Australia Green Star Designed or Certified home. You may also be eligible for a 0.15% discount on homes with a Residential Efficiency Scorecard rating between a minimum 4 Star up to a maximum 6.9 Stars or a minimum of three of a wide range of features.
